This form collects only basic information needed for admission, communication, course support, and certificate records. Do not enter banking details, government identification numbers, passwords, medical information, or other sensitive personal information.
Email requirement: Every student must provide an active email address. Gmail is preferred because it is widely accessible on mobile devices and works reliably with Institute communications and assignment links.
Program and certificate information
Rocky Hills Leadership Institute provides continuing education for professional skills, personal development and community empowerment. The Institute is not currently accredited. Its certificates recognize completion of Institute programs; they do not award university degrees, academic credit or professional licensure, or authorize regulated practice.
