FACULTY ACCESS

Faculty coordination and instructional support

This page serves as the Institute’s current faculty area for lecturers, instructional planning, assignment guidance, and coordination with the active cohort.

Current faculty use

Faculty may use this pilot area to review the learning pathway, direct students to assignments, organize reading materials, and coordinate simple classroom communication while the Institute prepares a larger secure system.

  • Guide enrolled students to the correct lesson and assignment.
  • Use approved Rocky Hills instructional materials.
  • Coordinate announcements, deadlines, and course expectations.
  • Protect student records and do not display private details publicly.

FACULTY RESPONSIBILITY

Advanced Technology cohort responsibilities

Faculty must maintain separate attendance, assignments, assessment results, feedback, and completion records for the Advanced Technology program. The students' existing Institute IDs remain in use, but the two programs must not be combined into one progress record.
