This program is approved for immediate admission and instruction. Teaching may combine original Rocky Hills materials, lecturer-led instruction, approved open educational resources, demonstrations, simulations, practical assignments, and assessments selected by the Course Director or an authorized lecturer.

The Institute's four founding students are enrolled in this program in addition to the Advanced Certificate in Leadership. Student IDs remain unchanged. Course progress, assignments, and completion records must be maintained separately for each program.
