The Rocky Hills Leadership Institute is guided by two senior leaders whose combined experience supports the Institute’s educational, strategic, technological, legal, and community-development mission.

Founder and President

Dr. Fred Nana Biney is the Founder and President of the Rocky Hills Leadership Institute. He is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer, faculty member, author, human-services scholar, leadership-development educator, motivational speaker, entrepreneur, and specialist in personal achievement and institutional development.

He holds a Ph.D. in Human Services with a specialization in Criminal Justice, a master’s degree in Urban Planning and Economic Development, and professional training in hospitality and organizational leadership. His work brings together leadership education, youth development, entrepreneurship, social responsibility, history, and practical life transformation.

He created and formulated the Rocky Hills maxim: “The secret to success is motivation; the secret to motivation is cultivation; and the secret to cultivation is action.”

Co-Founder and Executive Director

Dr. Lawyer Andy Kwesi Dompreh Feda is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Rocky Hills Leadership Institute. He supports the Institute’s strategic direction, day-to-day administration, academic coordination, institutional development, and responsible implementation of approved programs.

His professional interests include law, teaching, entrepreneurship, information technology, cybersecurity, skills development, and preparing young people for emerging opportunities in the digital world.

As Executive Director, he helps translate the Institute’s philosophy into organized programs, practical instruction, student support, technology education, and future-ready leadership development.

Shared leadership commitment: The Founder and President and the Co-Founder and Executive Director work together to build an Institute that combines purpose, disciplined action, ethical leadership, practical education, technology, and service to others.
